David I. Block, EA, is a native of Brooklyn, NY, and a graduate of Wesleyan University, Middletown, CT. David has worked with TaxMaster since 1985. David brings to his work the philosophy that the financial decisions we make are determined by our emotional states of mind, and that these decisions create our destinies. In support of this approach, David is also a Certified Professional Coach, a Certified Tax Coach, has a Certificate in Financial Planning from New York University, and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. He also works with individuals and businesses and is a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). David helps his clients find and maintain the states of mind that enable them to prosper, and strategies to help them do so.

David also offers expert accounting, tax, investment, financial planning, and business consulting services to hundreds of individuals and small businesses. David has been an Enrolled Agent (EA), licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service, since 1993.

Freya Wang, CPA

Freya Wang is a Certified Public Accountant and an MBA candidate at NYU Stern School of Business, with a focus on accounting, auditing, taxation, corporate finance, strategy, and advisory services. With years of full-time professional experience, Freya has held significant roles at renowned organizations, including Ernst & Young, Apollo Global Management, and LPL Financial.

Her expertise includes tax planning, audit management, financial reporting, and strategic advisory. At LPL Financial, Freya managed complex financial operations, including mergers and acquisitions, intercompany transactions, and corporate compliance, demonstrating her ability to deliver impactful results in dynamic environments.
